We charge a very nominal fee for shipping that is Rs-45 for domestic parcel.
Returns
1. We do not offer routine returns or exchanges for apparel products.
2. Customers are requested to carefully refer to the size chart before placing an order. Incorrect size selection by the customer should generally not qualify for a return or exchange.
3. In exceptional cases, sizing-related exchange requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis through customer support. If approved, the customer will bear the applicable reverse pickup and re-shipping charges.
4. Any exchange request must be subject to product inspection at our warehouse before approval and replacement dispatch.
5. For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products, customers must contact support within the specified timeline and provide a complete, unedited unboxing video along with relevant photographs.
