Clothing Exchange & Return Policy

At Rosy Roti, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. We encourage customers to review the product description and size chart carefully before placing an order.

Size Selection

To help you choose the best fit, detailed size charts are provided for all apparel products. We request customers to refer to these measurements before placing an order, as sizing preferences may vary from person to person.

As a general policy, we do not offer exchanges or returns solely due to incorrect size selection by the customer.

Exchange Requests (Exceptional Cases)

Rosy Roti does not offer routine exchanges or returns. However, in certain exceptional cases, an exchange request may be reviewed at our sole discretion.

If an exchange request is approved, the customer will be responsible for the applicable reverse-pickup and re-shipping charges. The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Upon receiving the item at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. Only after successful inspection will the replacement item be dispatched.

Approval of an exchange request shall remain solely at the discretion of Rosy Roti and subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Care Team.

To facilitate verification, customers must provide:

* A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
* Clear photographs showing the issue with the product.
* Order details and contact information.

Please note that claims relating to damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a complete and unedited unboxing video.

Once the claim is verified and approved by our team, an appropriate resolution, including replacement where applicable, will be provided.

Refunds

As all products are quality-checked before dispatch, Rosy Roti does not offer refunds on apparel purchases.

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Rosy Roti, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
